With mere weeks to go until the launch of one of 2012’s most anticipated open-world/action games – PROTOTYPE®2 – Radical Entertainment reveals even more exciting news to sate fans’ appetites as they wait to pick-up their copy of the game on April 24, 2012.

First up is the latest entry in the PROTOTYPE digital comic series from Dark Horse Comics titled, ‘The Survivors Part 1.’  Additionally, Radical has launched the official PROTOTYPE merchandise store where fans all over the world can purchase all the game-themed accoutrement any hardcore PROTOTYPE-er could ask for.

The third issue in the new PROTOTYPE comic series from leading publisher of gaming comics and graphic novels, Dark Horse Comics, ‘The Survivors Part 1’ continues to bridge the gap between the suspenseful conclusion of the original game and the action-packed beginning of PROTOTYPE 2.  Illustrated by Chris Staggs, ‘The Survivors’ follows a small group of New York residents trying to escape the city after it has been transformed into NYZ following the second outbreak of Mercer’s Blacklight virus.  Fans can get their digital hands on this latest, and every prior issue of the PROTOTYPE comic series at Digital.Darkhorse.com.
