Skills are the Key to Surviving the Horrid Abominations and Terrifying Bosses Gravoria Has to Offer
I can't think of anything more terrifying than a giant mutant octopus... in space
(Pssst, don't forget that The Deadly Tower of Monsters will launch with a ~33% discount for two weeks!)
I've got to say, most "realistic" space movies these days are boring. What's so interesting about flying through a black hole to save a starving earth? Where's the excitement in growing and eating potatoes on Mars for 2 hours?! Even though a lot of these movies claim to be "realistic" and allegedly have a team of "scientists" overseeing things like "facts" and "accuracy," we're not buying it. Surviving the harshness of space isn't about relying on smarts and ingenuity; it's about what a spaceman could do in the face of a hundred hostile monsters standing in his (or her) way.
Director Dan Smith really wanted to show the audience what highly trained space explorers could do while facing off against the meanest of Gravoria's monsters. So we looked in newspaper wanted ads until we found a legitimate counter-alien security professional to train our actors in the delicate art of space combat and survival. We asked for proof about his background, but he said it was classified and threatened to "permanently shut us up" if we asked anymore questions. Anyways, check out some of the skills that Dick Starspeed, Scarlet Nova, and Robot utilize to kick some alien butt.
Dick's trusty ol' Landmine is the perfect tool against inflatable barriers.
Repel enemies with Force Push. Fun fact: we didn't even have an airbag for when monsters flew off ledges. Thankfully stuntmen are cheap and plentiful.
Scarlet can deflect attacks using her magnificent Energy Barrier. I can't think of anything more embarrassing than getting killed by your own attack. Stupid aliens.
Use Scarlet Sprint if you want to run away from danger... or into danger if that's what you're into.
Robot can use his Time Vortex to slow down time and get the upper hand. Is Robot really a god of some sort?
Robot loves clusters of enemies because it lets him unleash his inner Thor with Chain Lightning.
Gravoria is populated with some of the galaxy's most vile beings, but none are viler than the bosses. Each one is more hideous than the next, and Dick Starspeed and co. need to rely on all the skills they've mastered in order to defeat the bosses.
You can probably see why this boss is named Mega-Gorilla. If you don't I'll give you a hint: it's a giant gorilla.
Not only does the Mechameleon look terrifying, it also has buzzsaw arms. BUZZ! SAW! ARMS!
Our friend the Mutant Octopus is filled with surprises.
The Deadly Tower of Monsters crash-lands onto PC and PS4 on Jan. 19, 2016 in the Americas and Europe! For a 2-week period, the game will be on sale for ~33% off for Steam and PS Plus subscribers!
