Eternal winter is coming...Last Days of Old Earth enters Steam Early Access today!

Epsom, UK, March 03, 2016. The countdown is over: our planet has stopped being hospitable. Humans and androids are now competing to rule over the ashes of a formerly flourishing world! Today we announce that the desperate fight for survival in Last Days of Old Earth has now begun on Steam Early Access.

Set in an icy post-apocalyptic world, Last Days of Old Earth mixes elements of strategy and card-driven games in a unique way. At launch the game offers both a single player Skirmish mode and online multiplayer. Based on randomly-generated maps, the world layout, position of the enemy HQs and key mining locations are waiting to be discovered by your scouting units and conquered by your Armies. Only one thing's for certain: resources are scarce and you will have to fight hard to protect them!

Last Days of Old Earth - Introducing the Basics of Combat

The launch on Early Access is only the beginning of the journey for Last Days of Old Earth. Developer Auroch Digital has already planned a set of major updates that will bring even more variety into the game. Customized card decks, stealth mechanics, and air units are just a few examples of what’s coming soon. Along with deploying new content, the developers are keen to listen to community feedback and work with them to improve the experience even further throughout Early Access.

The in-game tutorial will help newcomers jump into the game in no time, as will the steadily growing official wiki of the game, powered by Gamepedia.
