EL SEGUNDO, Calif. – October 16, 2012 – Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today announced that Silent HilL: BOOK OF MEMORIES is available now in North America exclusively for the PlayStation®Vita handheld entertainment system. The game is a co-operative multiplayer action/RPG departure from the traditional psychological horror genre. Silent HilL: BOOK OF MEMORIES is an all-new game in the Silent Hill series, with a unique premise and storyline. Silent HilL: BOOK OF MEMORIES is a macabre celebration of the best that Silent Hill has to offer. Players will encounter items and creatures culled from over a decade of Silent Hill lore, including a special someone who walks softly and carries a gigantic knife. Downloadable content is scheduled for availability in the coming months.

Silent Hill Book of Memories is rated M for Mature by the ESRB and is available in Canada for the MSRP of $39.99. The game can also be downloaded digitally via the PlayStation Store from the PlayStation Vita handheld console.
