Nintendo announced it will launch Nintendo 3DS during the fiscal year ending March 2011, on which games can be enjoyed with 3D effects without the need for any special glasses. Sony Computer Entertainment today announced that PlayStation Move motion controller for the PlayStation 3 launches worldwide this Fall. Concurrently with its launch, Sony will also release PlayStation Move sub-controller to be used along with the motion controller for navigation of in-game characters and objects. The PlayStation Move will be available as a standalone, a starter kit (with PlayStation Eye camera), and a bundle with the PS3. Although no retail price has been confirmed, the starter kit will be available for under $100.

Sony Computer Entertainment America announced that PlayStation Home 1.35, a new service update available tomorrow, will decrease load times, enabling users to access PlayStation Home faster than ever before. In addition, PlayStation Home 1.35 replaces the PlayStation Home World Map with a new navigation system. This interface features multiple categories to enable users to quickly navigate through PlayStation Home, locate friends, and go to their preferred spaces in just a few clicks.
